Torkell Ellingsen

Torkell Ellingsen is a Clinical Professor, Research Leader, and Chief Consultant at the Department of Rheumatology at Odense University Hospital and the University of Southern Denmark.

For several years, he has worked to understand the immune system’s role in arthritis patients with autoimmune diseases, focusing on how this knowledge can benefit patients and society. He generally works in a multidisciplinary way, collaborating with various research competencies, professional groups, and patients.
